Jonathan’s professional excellence has earned him an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a nomination for San Francisco Trial Lawyer of the Year, and recognition as a Northern California Super Lawyer. He has also been featured in The Best Lawyers in America for his outstanding legal work.

Before practicing law, Jonathan served as an International Representative and National Field Director for the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers' Union. After representing workers in arbitrations throughout the West, he joined the Firm to advocate for those affected by catastrophic injuries while pursuing wage and hour and consumer class actions.

Fluent in Spanish, Jonathan effectively represents diverse clients. His commitment to social justice includes serving as former Chairman of the African American Construction Workers Association, a non-profit affordable housing organization. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Local 261 Community Service and Training Foundation and previously served on the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
