Curriculum Vitae : Mike E. Langton

Mike litigates employment cases involving age, race, and sex discrimination; represents 8 private and 6 public unions; and fights wrongful termination in state and federal court.

After a 4-year apprenticeship with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Mike became deeply involved in union affairs and negotiating committees. He obtained a law degree from UCLA in 1983. He has since appeared before the Nevada Supreme Court on over 20 occasions.
